Here at Maldron Hotel Newlands Cross we aim to provide you with great meeting space for you and your colleagues to ensure that your meetings are as productive as possible. We have nine purpose built meeting suites in the hotel, so there is something to suit all guests’ needs.
The Joyce room is our largest meeting room and can hold a maximum of eighty delegates theatre style. This room is ideal for talks, presentations and seminars. This meeting room is extremely flexible and can be set up in different styles to suit your event needs.
The Shaw Room
The Shaw room is large spacious room and can be set up in whichever way suits the guests needs. This room is perfect for any needs a company may have whether it is training, presentations or large meetings.
The O’Casey Room
The O’Casey room is set up in a u-shape style and can hold up to twenty delegates. Offering natural daylight and air conditioning, this spacious room is perfect for training seminars or various meetings.
The Swift Room
The Swift room is another of our u-shape rooms, holding up to twenty two delegates these rooms can also be used to hold small workshops and are great for when you want participants to interact with one and other.
The Goldsmith Room
The Goldsmith room can hold up to twenty delegates, this is a great work space and is ideal when there is a presenter and visuals involved.
Finally the hotel offers four smaller meetings rooms, which are all, set up in a boardroom style. These rooms are perfect for intimate meetings and can each hold up to fourteen delegates.
The Yeats Room
Named after one of Ireland’s great poets, the Yeats Room can hold up to fourteen delegates and is perfect for small meetings, interviews, presentations and team briefings.
The Behan Room
Another boardroom style room that we offer in the hotel, many of our clients like to use these rooms for interviews although they can be used for many other types of meeting as well.
The Kavanagh Room
The Kavanagh room holds up to fourteen delegates’ boardroom style and is perfect for when you want delegates to have good participation with one and other.
The Wilde Room
Named after one of Ireland’s most famous playwrights, this meeting room has natural daylight, air conditioning and can hold up to fourteen delegates in a boardroom style.
